Seesaw
What is Seesaw?
Seesaw is a digital learning platform that works on all types of devices. Using Seesaw, teachers can design and facilitate powerful learning experiences for students.
Students can create, reflect, collaborate, and make their learning visible. Seesaw includes a variety of tools for students to use as they respond to prompts and assignments posted by their teacher or create on their own. These tools include audio recording, video creation, drawing, typing and more.
Families can actively support and celebrate student learning. They can be connected to their children via the Seesaw Family app and see and comment on the work their children submit. Never again will a parent be frustrated by the proverbial answer of, "Nothing!" when they ask their child, "What did you do at school today?"

Setting up Family Accounts
Teachers can easily share each individual's child's work with his or her own family. Each student can have up to 10 family members connected to their Seesaw profile. This is a great way to show student progress and show off the work they are doing. It is also a great parent/child communication tool as parents can "like" their student's work and leave comments. Families can connect to their child’s journal on the web (app.seesaw.me) or by downloading the Seesaw Family App, available on iOS and Android.
Note: Before you invite the families, you need to have added students to your class. You should also make sure that each student has posted at least one thing to their Seesaw Journal.
